Peter Fong has been named Principal of Diablo View Middle School in Clayton.

He’s a graduate of both U.C. Davis and St. Mary’s College.

Good luck my guy. Don’t be like Bannister and you’re set

Let’s talk about bringing kids back to school this year.

Did Patti Banister retire?

I would have stayed in the Millbrae region. The climate is much more harsh here.

He lives in Concord. Many people would vote for the under ten minute reverse commute to Clayton vs. over an hour plus bridge toll twice a day to Millbrae. I suspect his wife and children will also be happy that he will be closer to home.

God Bless him 🙂

This is his fifth job as a principal. Hmmmmm.

HUMMmmmm… could only find two Peter Fong(s) on the Public Search website for California teaching credentials. Neither seemed too impressive; don’t know which Peter this guy is… But assume it is the one who just earned his administrative credential.

But him taking this job well into the school year should be a warning sign (???) in that he wasn’t under contact with another district; aka: Unemployed.

Just sayin’

Name someone that you consider to have “impressive” credentials that would be listed on https://www.ctc.ca.gov/

Peter Fong earned his Administrative Services Credential in 2008 meaning he should have 12 years of experience at that level. I would not consider that “just earned his administrative credential.”

He has also held a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential since 2000.

Peter is currently the principal of Green Hills Elementary in Millbrae. He definitely wasn’t forced out.
