- There are currently 152 occupied ICU beds in Contra Costa County. 37 of those are occupied by COVID-19 patients. 51 ICU beds are currently available.

Why is there a monster GAS leaf blower roaring in this heat right now with Covid being a respiratory ailment? Oh ya, Gavin refuses to address that issue, might hurt his illegal immigrants jobs and his illegal votes!
Don’t worry. COVID is not transmitted by loud sounds, which we all know is your real gripe with leaf blowers, anyway.
And be careful what you wish for, because electric ones are louder and more annoying than the gas ones.

If the people in your neighborhood are using leaf blowers, and you don’t like it, why not try talking with your neighbors?

I have a solution. The leaf blower manufacturers can strike a licensing deal with Harley Davidson. If the leaf blowers have Harley insignias, and we call them “freedom blowers” instead, then many of the same people that now complain about the blowers will defend the right of every American to blow wherever and whenever they want. Harley would jump at the chance. They are scrambling to license their brand on anything they can, apparel, drink cozies, sun shades, flip flops, because their motorcycle business is circling the drain.
And we shut down the state for what again? Thank you Governor for ruining lives and this economy.
