isn’t it just a way to prepare folks for the new and better cashless society? heck its part of the dems plan, poll them first with this “problem” and see how they respond.
With regards to a cashless society, I went to Chipotle this week on Treat blvd, gave my order, then they told me that they do not take cash. I decided to walk out and went to El Molino instead.
The coin supply is managed by the Federal Reserve which has been limiting the number of coins they are giving to banks. The Federal Reserve is run by Jerome Powell who was nominated to his position by Trump. I doubt the coin shortage is a dem conspiracy.
Related to this is the Federal Reserve cut back production of coins due to COVID-19 for a few weeks but have been at normal production levels since mid-June.
I agree that there are efforts to create a new and better cashless society where we all get tracked.
Blame, blame, blame? Without some proof it sounds like u deflect blame to the dems plan. I’m not a dem and it’s tiring to keep hearing about all the so called power the blamers think they have. Enough already. Contribute to the solution, please stop being a part of the problem.
Yes, the new world order is coming and that will be a cashless society which will involve everyone that wants to be able to buy and sell, basically to survive, to take a chip implant in their hand or forehead. This will of course be the mark of the beast

No shortage here, I have jars full of coins. Quarters, dimes,Nickels and a bunch of pennies. I use them everyday but still have a good supply.
I work at a major financial institution. For the last 5 weeks we have ordered coins from the Federal Reserve and have not received anything. Makes things challenging To say the least. If you’d like to get rid of coins, ask your bank for some coin rolls (our bank doesn’t care if you’re a customer of ours or not) and roll some coins to change
For paper cash. We let the grand kids do it, they think it’s fun.
Mrs. R. ,
Don’t most banks have coin sorter/counters? No need to roll coins?
I’ve a rainy day fund at a credit union. One branch I go to does it for you; no charge, and one other has the counter in the lobby for you… Dunno about my banks….

I’d like to see them stop making pennies, they are a nuisance. I have some Susan B. Anthony dollar coins, and a bunch of old silver dimes and quarters. They’re only worth a couple of bucks each. I will leave them with my granddaughter, maybe they will become more valuable in her lifetime.
I do like to save my dimes, nickles, and quarters for about a year, then I roll them up and take them to the bank. In a year, I will save up a couple of hundred bucks. Maybe because of this shortage, I’ll start using them.
I do the same, it is what I call my mad money, but I just usually add it to my savings. I like to pay cash for my everyday needs, groceries, CVS, coffee, lunch (usually bring my own to work). Years ago I started to listen to Dave Ramsey and although I don’t do the envelope system, I do take out a certain amount of cash every week that will cover those needs. Even using a debit card it is easy to overspend, because you think, it is just a few dollars for coffee, etc. but then when you look at your statement you have usually spend more than you had planned on. On this basis I’m very much against a cash less society, although I understand some of the arguments for it.
What kind of statement is that? Of course people still use cash. Who wants to pay banking fees or fees for using apps? What about point of sale minimums? Buy a pack of gum or a soda and pay an extra 1.50? Electronic banking is fine if you want it. All it would take is a hack and you can’t access your money. A really good hack could potentially make your money disappear. So yes “people” human people, still use cash.

so democrats being blamed for planing to dismantle america for china rusiia and iran
well so you believe that hillary didnt send those specific guys to bengazi
and that somehow there was an uprising and they died
or you probably dont believe that there was no collusion prior to trump winning or after trump won or during the first 2 years of his potus where he drove down unemployment numbers to historic lows …even while being slandered daily by democrats and you obviously don believe that the mueller scandal was a third attack on potus …not by mueller since his testimony showed he was definitely not in charge but the team was full of trump hating hysterical bias corrupt democrats trying to find anything to save face for hillary
and you probably believe that hillary was not sending classified information
or that comeycommunist did not give 2 weeks for the dems to destroy evidence then denied it wasnt collusion or that comey waters and the AG all defered after a secret meeting on bills plane with the AG she said oh well we will let comey tell us what to do ….even though she is the inspector general and should be making sure the proceedings were legit before giving her ok as that is her job ….yet 2 days before comey said anything she clammered to a podium and spewed lies
and you obviously blame trump for covid and aids and jfk and ozone and aliens and illegal aliens and killer whales

That question was so edgy you figured you’d ask it twice within an hour and a half? Got it.
Time to break out the Metal Detector and help out.
Time for some Davenport diving?
my grandma always said Chesterfield… it still pops outta my mouth once in a while…
Then there is always Loveseat, Couch, Settee….. are there more?
I suppose I could have said Chesterfield cruising, but I was going for another d word to go with diving, and divan seemed rather inelegant.
Sofa Sleuthing.
Gittyup,
I like it!
I have jars full of coins.I’m hitting 7-Eleven tomorrow and getting my free Slurpee!
Time to start stamping out slugs again…
Don’t take any wooden nickles.
