Guess he won’t qualify for Post Release Community Supervision.

How about adding reckless driving and attempted vehicular manslaughter to the charges?

So at 4am…he got drunk…robbed a store…engaged in a police chase…and then crashed his car. Is this real life or GTA?

Nothing in report mentioned. robbing a store. Did I miss something?

It was an interrupted vehicle burglary!

His defense will be that he was trying to social distance from the cops 🙂

“Post Release Community Supervision” violation.

Question, are these new code words to destigmatize being on parole or on probation or are they describing some other liberal ploy to keep criminals on the street ? ? ?

Should have known . . . . the 2011 gift from progressive liberals in state legislature that keeps on giving, AB-109. Sending state prison felons back to county they came from. In short “Giving” prison overcrowding problem to CA’s 58 counties.

Causing county jail overcrowding and early release of misdemeanor criminals. Panicked liberals realizing they were going to be embarrassed and/or the public might vote them out because of crime cooked up Prop. 47 making it harder to charge felonies.

So…. In other words….. He should have never been out on the street in the first place.

Gheeze

Release? They released him? I feel as though I live in crazy town.

He’s already has 6 priors, what is one more.

at least he isn’t dangerous

No, he isn’t dangerous at all. Someone drives at high speed running from the police and then crashes should never be call dangerous! 😂🙀🤪

He is a coronavirus unemployed iron worker with an attitude.

What did he collide with?

Exactly my question. Did he crash, and if so, into what? Did he collide, and if so, with what? A little clarity would help.

Just because I’m bored; some people aren’t sure of the difference:

Collide vs Crash

A collision involves two moving objects. A car does not collide with a lamppost; it crashes into a lamppost.

He’s probably out already……thank DA Becton and your liberal city council in Concord. Don’t worry 108RS is 10-8, may have to run an errand into Concord.

p.s. nice work by Concord PD………they work with handcuffs on.

If you’re going to compliment Concord PD then do that. No other negative comments are necessary… It’s an excellent job by an excellent department.

It was all a compliment; even acknowledged the limitations placed on rank and file…

Steven,

It was a compliment for Concord PD. But let’s not heap too much praise on them, they are an ok department, not excellent, too small to have enough resources and weak leadership.

I love how whenever something like this happens it’s always “thanks dems… you’ve ruined society”. Well bad guys have been doing bad stuff and stupid people have been doing stupid stuff since the beginning of time. This isn’t new since 2011, offenders re-offend wether it’s now or next year when their sentence as handed down.

It’s the Dems that are letting the criminals out early. It’s the Dems that pushed and voted for Prop 47 making it a misdemeanor to steal anything less than $950.00, which resulted in a spike of car burglaries and shoplifting. It’s the Dems who want open borders to let in more illegal aliens, some of which are gangs and committing crime in the US.
It’s time to wake up and smell the coffee.

Average Joe,

You must not be following the news. Two months ago in Pleasant Hill there was a home invasion, two suspects were caught, they tried to run over the homeowner with their car. NO CHARGES

Joran Furst led Clayton PD on a chase in 2016. Send his ass back to prison.

LOL Joran Furst, you’re in first …to jail!
