I’m encouraged to see that the hospitalizations have not risen above 31 in awhile despite all the cases (and those in the nursing homes).

The state has a website that raises an interesting question (link is below).

They identify (as of yesterday) 15,865 CONFIRMED cases; and 2,611 of those hospitalized (of which 1,108 are in ICUs). They also list 2,796 SUSPECTED COVID hospitalizations. That is a larger number.

In other words, there are a lot of people in hospitals in this state who may very well be COVID-19 patients… but the tests haven’t come back yet.

I think the self isolation is working in our community and thank everyone for doing their part. Stay safe.

I do see that a lot people are staying at home, and trying to social distance, but for some reason it’s hard for people to understand what that means at a store, and will nearly push you aside so they can get to what they want, or if an isle is full will still try to walk their cart through, but what bothered me today, when I went to Costco Concord, is that a lot of the Employees, are not wearing Face Covers, and not social distancing, at Check-out, I wear gloves, a face mask, and sanitize, with a wipe, to try to keep me and others safe, and expect that of a service employee. Stay Safe, Stay at Home as much as you can, Wash with Soap often, and Stay Well! :^)
