The Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) is making some changes to their Water Education Programs due to the shelter-at-home order.
These programs (through classroom visits, assemblies, and more) reach approximately 30,000 schoolchildren per year, but unfortunately, the programs are understandably taking a big hit this spring.
To fill that void, CCWD developed an online “Resource Corner” with water education materials and lesson plans that parents and kids can use at home.
Their aim is to update it every week or two with new materials and videos.
