A Martinez man has been arrested for two alleged bank robberies in Pleasant Hill, according to police.
Police say on Saturday, two “note-pass” bank robberies occurred at the Chase Bank on Contra Costa Blvd. and the Wells Fargo Bank inside Safeway, also on Contra Costa Blvd.
The suspect, identified by police as Joseph Bullis, was positively identified by witnesses and arrested on various charges, police said.
No injuries were reported.

He doesn’t look too concerned about concealing his identity. Did he really think he wouldn’t be caught. With sunglasses and a baseball cap he’d be hard to identify in those photos.
You read my mind! Exactly, how dumb can you be? Obviously there are cameras everywhere. I read that half the population are below average intelligence. This must be a great example of that. The young man is clueless.
Maybe he wanted to get arrested.

If he wears his hoodie up on a warm day (or any day) it will look suspicious. Sunglasses and baseball cap can be worn year around to hide your identity without looking suspicious.
A hoodie is more menacing; it has that “nothing left to lose “ aura. Especially in warm weather.
Worked with him almost 10 years ago at a local deli….he got fired for stealing tips, go figure!! LOSER
