The lanes are under several inches of water.
Use caution if you’re in the area.

That spot has been flooding for YEARS. Has Contra Costa County done anything about it?? Noooo…
Sedimentation has increased with widening of Highway 4. The orange filtration screens are ineffective because that drainage inlet has long since been plugged.
… and will County crews do anything about it?… ever? No.
