Hello Pho, located at 1701 Monument Blvd. in Concord, was closed on Sept.24 after inspectors from the Contra Costa County Health Department say they found the following.
- Observed 1 live adult cockroach on closed lid to top inserts of two door reach in refrigerator at cook line.
- Observed 1 dead cockroach on prep table under microwave across from cook line.
- Observed 1 live nymph cockroach on inside right corner of one door reach in refrigerator with top inserts near hinge for lid.
- Observed cockroach feces on inside right corner of one door reach in refrigerator with top inserts near hinge for lid.
- Observed 1 dead cockroach on inside left corner of one door reach in refrigerator with top inserts near hinge for lid.
- Observed 1 live cockroach on beam in middle of kitchen prep area between multiple shelving units on side facing deli slicer.
- 1 dead cockroach on floor on right side of two door standing Supera freezer in back prep area.
The health department inspected the restaurant after a complain came in saying a dead cockroach was inside an order of noodles served to a customer at the facility.
The restaurant has since been reinspected and reopened.

How do these owners / workers not see this stuff when they spend literally all day in the building?
The employees and owners just don’t care is how it happens, they just need to colean the kitchen and everything daily as they are supposed to do to maintain healthy food areas. Just reading this gives me the heebie jeebies or these creepy crawlers, just gross!!!!
