A Contra Costa County jury has acquitted a nursing assistant of sexually assaulting a patient, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Cody Baca, of Clayton, was tried on charges of first degree burglary, sexual battery on an institutionalized victim and sexual battery after a patient at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek said Baca assaulted him in October 2017, the Chronicle reported.
Baca was found not guilty on Wednesday.
