Is there a law against breaking car windows!!! I don’t think so. How making all crimes felony, let the judge decide.
I feel sorry for all the people with broken car windows.
At least the glass companies are happy.

Prop 47 – all the liberals told you to vote for it – making car burg. a misd. & not a felony.. they are fools — look what happened
also Prop 57 & AB 109
we are screwed

That explains leaving one’s car unlocked. You avoid the broken windows, insurance hassles, repair annoyances, etc. Take anything of value out of the car and just leave some change in the coin holder. They’ll be on their way … if they don’t steal the car.

The Clayton Police must be doing something right. They don’t have any vehicle burglaries, only petty theft.
