Prevent children getting burns
Turn pan handles so little ones can’t grab them and pull them off of stove top down onto them.

We taxpayers foot the bill for FEMA, the federal emergency agency, part of homeland security, to draw a cartoon telling people to cook safely. I guess they are unaware of all the catastrophes due to the borders.
