Ice cream, but I can’t eat it anymore. Over the past year, I have become lactose intolerant.
So I have settled for Greek yogurt instead. Greek yogurt is strained to remove the whey,
which reduces the amount of lactose.
You can find lactose free ice cream at some grocery stores. It’s made by Lactaid and is good.
