TONIGHT: Concord Police To Hold Annual Meeting On Military Equipment

On Thursday, March 27, the Concord Police Department will be hosting a community meeting to discuss AB 481: Military Equipment: Funding, Acquisition and Use. The meeting will be in in-person at the Concord Police Department in the Community Room, located at 1350 Galindo Street, and will start at 5pm. They will be there to answer your questions, show some of the equipment that falls under this law, and explain how it is used to make the community safer for everyone.

Unless they’re asking for an Abrams, A10, etc. ….I’m ok in giving LE the tools they need given the perps having just about everything out there.

I wouldn’t worry until they start making the M1A2 or A10 with electric drive systems. 😭
