Democrats will say no, Republicans will say yes. What if someone was targeting a certain religious group that has manufacture’s plants and sales channels across the country the same way or someone targeting an LGBTQ+ owned electric bike shops across the country. Basically, the vandals are targeting someone that thinks different than them to intimidate / shut them down. All seems like terrorism to me.

How long before media wing of democrat party refers to Tesla
attacks as ‘mostly peaceful’ ? ? ?
.
Define terrorist,
“a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation,
especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims”
.
Reportedly a couple of those arrested may be bathroom confused . . . . . . .
.
“Another “transgender”-identifying individual was arrested in
Loveland, Colorado, after allegedly attempting to light Teslas
on fire with improvised incendiary devices.”
.
“One of them, a “transgender” extremist found armed with a suppressed AR-15 rifle, was arrested after throwing approximately eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership in Salem, Oregon, according to
the Trump DOJ.”

Ok as long as the Jan 6 “protesters” are designated as terrorists too. Oh wait…

Did Jan. 6th defendants use firebombs to commit arson? Did they have guns & shoot into cars & buildings too?
Did the FBI plant assets among leftie activists to protest and attack Tesla dealerships and vandalize Tesla owners cars?

Well it depends I don’t own a Tesla but if I caught anyone vandalizing my vehicle the police wouldn’t be called. After the severe beating they can crawl away if able and call whomever themselves if they have unbroken hands/fingers otherwise they can just lay there.

OK, so I looked up the legal definition of terrorism: To intimidate or coerce a civilian
population, to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion, or to
affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping,
and occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

My conclusion: Throw the book at ’em! Then find out who’s funding them, and don’t just
throw the book at them, throw the whole library at ’em. Make them pay restitution to the
first responders, the people who may have lost their jobs, any insurance money that was
paid out, and to Tesla Inc.

so stupid. A means meant to intimidate, it’s not vandalism it is a tactic of fear. These sh!^heads are preying on people in order to intimidate due to difference in political belief.

If bombs are planted and/or detonate, yes.

If windows are broken or property is spray painted, no. By saying this, I am not condoning actions of vandalism.

not vandalism… acts of intimidation. So if people broke windows at your house and burned it down due to your political beliefs would that be different?

yes and then locked up in a psychiatric ward.

The “Nut Hut” absolutely right Their minds are like concrete… thoroughly mixed and permanently set.

The January 6, 2021 riot at the national Capitol resulted in at least 1,500 convictions. Trump pardoned or commuted the sentences of all of them. Now we are supposed to believe that vandalizing a Tesla amounts to terrorism and deserves severe punishment.

There are already laws that provide for significant consequences for vandalism. Those laws should be adequate to deter more of these crimes. The DAs just need to do their jobs.

.
Yes. Tesla owners are fearful of driving their vehicles because of politically-motivated violence towards them or damage to their personal property.
.
Terrorism is the use of violence or the threat of violence to achieve political, religious, or ideological goals, typically through intimidation and coercion.
.

Not terrorism but they should be charged with felony vandalism if the repair costs $1,000- or more. They need to pay for the damages, i.e. restitution. And and extra $5,000- fine for being stupid because Musk doesn’t own the Teslas,on the road. They are punishing private owners who may not have even voted for Trump. .

They should be condemned to drive a Cybertruck.
Man those things are ugly.
