I was hurt when i read a cat passed away. My cat died last year.
feel terrible for the residents.
The cat owners should be charged with animal cruelty. I mean honestly, how does a cat die from an apartment balcony fire when all residents are evacuated, a CAT??!! Unless the owners left it locked in a room.
Really though, a balcony fire should not = dead cat when all residents evacuated.
