Congressman Al Green is always waving his cane in the air, instead of using it to walk, it appears to be nothing but a gold handled prop of a cane.
No other PERSON has EVER been prosecuted under the law used to prosecute Trump in New York by an attorney general and district attorney who ran their campaigns on getting Trump. The judge presiding over the case made the maximum financial donations to Trump’s political opponent, and his daughter ran one of the PAC’s raising money for Trump’s political appointment. Nobody, including the judge and prosecutor, could specify what underlying crime was committed by Trump that transformed the charges into felony charges. Not to mention the gag order imposed on Trump and the virtual handcuffing of his defense in regards to witnesses and the testimony allowed.
Twice impeached, twice acquitted. I fault Republicans for creating the use of impeachment as a political tool to use against your opponents when they impeached Clinton, but I fault Democrats for perfecting the use of it in a farcical manner. So your reliance on the lawfare directed at Trump by his sworn political opponents to keep him out of office holds no sway here.
Joe Biden unconstitutionally tried to forgive student debt, and unconstitutionally mandated vaccines for the military and other federal employees. The entire Biden family has enriched themselves on the basis of his political influence, the shining light on the hill in terms of grifting.
Almost like the time demos lost their collective hive minds when it happen to Obama.

Let me tell you why we are not a Democratic Republic. In a democracy, the will of the majority are supreme while the will of the minority is not.
In a Constitutional Republic and if you want to get down to brass tacks, a Constitutional Federal Republic, the will of the many are tempered by the constrains of the Constitution. That prevent the majority from trampling on the few. To go even further, since the Federal Government is supreme, it has the authority to supersede any and all states so long as it is permitted under the Constitution.
The Democrat party is best summed up by the video of the guy getting pooched in the Senate Chamber a few years back.
They need a change of habit, and that doesn’t mean bearded guys dressed as Nuns.
