I’ll never understand why any food establishment thinks they can make it at this location. Doesn’t the parade of closed restaurants tip anybody off? Miserable parking, noisy corner. Same with the restaurant space across the street from the skatepark. I think they’re going on the 10th or 11th food place there? Miserable parking, noisy corner.
I drive my beater truck when I go places where I have to leave it out of my sight. I only drive my nice car where I can park & keep an eye on it.

if not a restaurant, what business would thrive on that corner?
“Mocktails”?… does that mean they don’t serve alcohol?

Thst used to be the Agave mexican restaurant on that corner. I never did like that place. I was hoping for the Olive and Garden restaurant. I’m glad to see a new restaurant is taking over that’ll be better

The current restaurant, Molli, serves some pretty decent Mexican food, but one has to walk a fair bit to get there. There’s NO street parking, limited parking behind the restaurant, and unlimited parking in the parking garage, also behind the restaurant. For those who are not fully mobile, those options are not in the restaurant’s favor, nor is the quality of the food and service comparable to another Mexican restaurant just down another block on Willow Pass, La Tapatia. If this location had much more foot traffic, it might attract more customers, but alas and alack, there’s very little foot traffic. If you’re looking for good Afghan food, the former quarter-pound burger place on Clayton Rd, near Chestnut, has received excellent reviews, for both the quality of food and excellent service.

We’ve eaten at the Afghan restaurant next to Mann’s Chinese. Very average in my opinion.

Isn’t that enormous building behind it still a public parking garage?
It is. On the rare occasion that I take in a movie at that location, I park there. And hope my car isn’t stripped while I’m inside.

A funeral home.
A Concord PD substation. And yes, I realize the the PD is mere blocks away.
Tremendously expensive storefront, takes a lot of sales to offset that. I wish them all the luck
I hope they serve Dum Pukht .
Will be on the menu, look forward to serving you
Can’t wait!!!
Can’t find a website or IG..but excited!
