Two women stole a large amount of merchandise from the Ulta Beauty store on Diamond Blvd. in Concord on Saturday night around 8:40 p.m.

The suspects are described as two black female adults. One is in her 40s with a pink Hello Kitty dress and a Hello Kitty backpack. The other, also in her 40s, was wearing a denim jacket with jeans. They broke several things in the store and fled with a large amount of merchandise. They were last seen driving away in a Mini Cooper.

Police are on scene investigating the incident and searching the area for the suspects.

“They broke several things in the store and fled with a large amount of merchandise” if they did this then where are the store surveillance photos of the suspects?

I saw 2 ladies in Target Pleasant Hill, matching that exact description. They were in the ladies bathroom at 8:05pm. Check Targets cameras.

Well the first issue I have is a woman in her 40’s wearing anything “Hello Kitty”!
She obviously has problems already and needs rehabilitation immediately!
