Pole fire? did a transformer blow up or did someone start it?

There’s no Transformer(s) on that pole.

very strange without lightning.

A transformer “popped” outside of my home. There was no fire. It was in the middle of a heatwave-July- more than a decade ago. It was old and due for replacement. So, don’t know why a fire would start when in the middle of winter and raining.

Well… as long as the stripper is OK that’s all that really matters.
