A body was found on Monument Blvd. near Lacey Lane this morning just after 8 a.m., according to the Concord Police Department.
The deceased person, who was described as a male, has not been identified at this time. Witnesses near the scene said they believe the person’s death was due to the elements, however, that has not been confirmed.
