Two Clayton Police Officers; Sgt. Rich Enea, and Officer Kelsey Wiggins have been recognized by the City of Clayton for saving the life of a woman on January 5, 2025. The recognition, which took place on January 21 at the council meeting, honored Sgt. Enea and Officer Wiggins for responding to a call on January 5 at 12:45 p.m. near the corner of Clayton Rd. and Mitchell Canyon. The caller said his wife was in the vehicle and had stopped breathing. Sgt. Enea and Officer Wiggins quickly arrived to the scene, and started CPR on the woman, who didn’t have a pulse. She eventually came back to life, and will survive because of the heroic actions of the Officers and Paramedics on scene.
Great job to two great Clayton Police Officers; Sgt. Rich Enea and Officer Kelsey Wiggins. And great job to ConFire, who took over for the officers once they arrived on scene.
Thank you police officers!
May the public finally support you again like you have always supported us citizens!
Thank goodness that our local Clayton and Concord police were never subjected to the democrat defund police movement.
Good job officers. Everybody should take both, an adult CPR and a pediatric CPR class.
The Red Cross offers classes online.
Good job Rich and Wiggins….
