Construction Alert – Treat Blvd from San Miguel Road to Clayton Road – Construction is ongoing for the Treat Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Phase 2 from San Miguel Road to Clayton Road. Landscaping and concrete work started earlier this year and will continue through early March as the Contractor puts in new rose-colored concrete areas inside the medians, as well as planting new trees and shrubs. Paving of the remaining side streets (Navaronne Way, Arleda Ln., Pembroke Dr., Turtle Creek Rd., etc.) is scheduled to start the week of January 20 and continue for the rest of the month. It is expected that areas of unraveling asphalt will also get addressed during this time, including pavement impacted by turning movements in the Cowell Rd. intersection (where cars turn right from Treat Blvd. onto Cowell Rd.). To minimize inconvenience, please observe all construction signage and use alternate routes. City Staff and the Contractor are working diligently to complete the work on time and minimize traffic impacts. Thank you for your ongoing patience as these improvements are completed.
