  • Clayton Rd./Heritage Trl.  No Injuries.  (12/29/24 – 1209 hrs.)

ARRESTS:

  • Clayton Rd./Kirker Pass Rd.  Obstruct/Resist Arrest; Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia; Warrant; Probation Violation.  A 42-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (12/28/24 – 2146 hrs.)

BURGLARIES/THEFTS:

  • 5400 Clayton Rd.  Petty Theft.  (12/28/24 – 1459 hrs.)

What the hell is is “Unlawful Paraphernalia?” Please enlighten me…….
on it’s face it seems like communism (leaflets, posters…etc….). unless it is drugs or products to make.

I couldn’t agree with you more it’s ridiculous how loose they seem to be with throwing words around without exactly telling you what the heck is going on or what they supposedly confiscated. Unlawful paraphernalia in this day and time could be some model glue, a can of spray paint, a simple box of Kleenex yes if you all only knew what that could be used for paraphernalia-wise.
Like I always say get over it already.
