Because Santa only works the night shift, we opened them Christmas morning when I was
a little tyke. I don’t get as many presents now that I’m older, but when I do, it’s Christmas Eve.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

As kids, my Family did Christmas Eve.
Hubby’s Family did Christmas Day, … that’s what we do now.
Our daughter opens Her’s-(hubby too) when the package arrives, … out of State.

When my daughter was growing up, both. The tradition in Denmark is opening presents on Christmas Eve. My ex-husband was part Norwegian and Irish, and his family had some Scandinavian traditions, especially at Christmas, which included opening some present on Christmas eve. When we bought a house, I got stocking’s for the fireplace, and did stocking stuffers, so we did most of the presents Christmas Eve, but left the stocking stuffers for Christmas morning.

My family believes in torture. lol We used to open gifts Christmas Day after breakfast but now its after dinner. That’s only because most of us still have wrapping to do or even shopping. They literally buy gifts online, print the paper and wrap that in a box.
