Consumer,
.
The Concord City Council won’t allow Walmart to open a store in Concord. Walmart has attempted to open a store in Concord several times over the last 30-35 years.
Huge place but pending on the counsels decisions on subdividing lots (ADU, appts) then may need another resource (Target, Walmart, Safeway) I am not a fan here whatsoever.

Indoor bocce, corn whole, tables for food stands. There is one in Walnut Creek. Just a suggestion.

Looking for suggestions? Cabelas with an indoor shooting and archery range (better managed than out on the streets)
Please put a target or Walmart in
Both Target and Walmart sell groceries, and there’s already a grocery store in that center, so another grocer isn’t allowed.
Would much prefer Target to Lucky
Target wants to move in but Lucy’s said no.

Hmmmm, maybe a Halloween and Christmas Spirit store?
Low cost housing as long as no one will
lose their jobs
Put in a Chic fil lay and an In & Out.
doing a huge inventory of halloween goods must be a haunting task
