Concord Police are investigating a shooting death in the area of Sierra Rd near Oak Grove Rd.
The shooting occurred just after 9 p.m. on Tuesday night. Multiple shots were fired.
The victim was shot in the face.
No further information is available at this time, and the suspects have not been located.

while I can’t wait for Jan 20 too, I suppose you are right. Local crime issues should be resolved by local agencies/politicians. This area is stubbornly leftist and soft on crime, so even if the perpetrator is caught, there will likely be lenient consequences. So we get what “we” (not me) vote for.
