I agree that Trump and other conspirators should be in prison for the insurrection on Jan. 6th and attempted coup. Any other questions?
With eyewitness testimony, 4.4000 hours of footage, hundreds of indictments,
and one of the most extensive investigations in American history, the FBI
concluded that Trump did not engage in any insurrection, and was acquitted
by the US Senate.
The FBI made no such conclusion. The GOP side of the Senate voted Trump not guilty because they protect their own. I saw Trump’s speech, “if you don’t fight and fight like hell, you are not going to have a country anymore.”
Doh!
There is more than one definition of the word “fight” are you only familiar with the definition “a hostile encounter : battle, combat“?
Try the more obvious meaning of “fight” as Trump used it “a verbal disagreement : argument” .
There now, that makes a bit more sense doesn’t it?
Watch the very left wing video now and see if you can tell me how Trump is engaging in an insurrection.
Strongly believe in 10 – 15 years we might find out pelosi had a large part in setting up protestors.
Just for S&G if facial recognition was used on 6 January videos of protestors then run against federal employees how many matches there would be? IF there are any matches, were they leading of encouraging protestors?
.
You may find out if any if the speculation above is true after I’ve passed on.
Lemme know, how it works out . . . .
I hope that these thoughts keep you warm at night and give comfort to you while the House and Senate pass MAGA laws, Trump signs these laws, and the Supreme Court upholds those laws’ constitutionality.
Yes, I have a question: Do you have any idea what insurrection really is? The definition of what it is, according to TV shows like The View, doesn’t count.

Over the years, presidents, including Trump, have granted pardons to friends
and/or family. Normally I wouldn’t care, but Biden has repeatedly claimed that
no one is above the law, and has accused Trump of disregarding the rule of law.
Biden said Hunter’s conviction was politically motivated, and he was treated unfairly.
If this is what he truly believes, then why not pardon Trump? If there was ever a
politically motivated miscarriage of justice, it was certainly against Trump. Hunter’s
pardon goes beyond a typical pardon, it is an unconditional pardon, meaning any
crimes he may have committed over the past 10 years, and any future charges
against the United States cannot be brought against him. On the other hand,
it opens the door for Trump if he decides to pardon the January 6 cases.

I don’t believe Pres. Biden did this because he is a concerned father. This pardon goes back 10 years which covers the time Joe Biden started meddling in Ukraine with his crack-loving son acting as the go between through being placed on an Ukraine board for which he had no experience. This pardon is intended to interfere with the new admin’s ability to investigate Joe Biden himself.
From what I’ve read, by getting this type of pardon, Hunter can be called to testify against others and cannot refuse to answer the question by claiming the 5th. Could be consequences if he tries or lies.
But since Hunter is the person who would be investigated because he was the one going back and forth and making calls, his pardon back to 2014 means he can’t be investigated or charged or offered plea deals. Hunter doesn’t need to plead the 5th for that time period because now he cannot incriminate himself or be placed in double jeopardy, etc. – Joe Biden, and/or whoever is actually making decisions for him, is trying to put a wrench in any investigation that could lead back to Joe and the rest of the Biden family. And, of course, Hunter now has the upper hand because he can threaten to tell what he knows. No one should be naive enough to think the 2014 date doesn’t hold significance. Joe Biden was in Ukraine in Feb. 2014 and then just a few months later the Russian based government there was ousted for a Western based government. Then suddenly in April 2014, Hunter is on the board of one of the largest oil and gas companies in Ukraine, which Joe Biden bragged about stopping a corruption investigation against. This pardon is more of a cover up by the “big guy” than a father helping his son.

Because the Republicans could not find any scandals on Joe Biden they went after Hunter with some real and some fake conspiracies. This was revenge because of all the scandals an embarrassments that Trump actually did. Hunter is a private citizen whose “crimes” were already settled. But the GOP was desperate to make a bigger issue of it all while trying to tarnish Joe Biden. Yet somehow they overlook all of the violations by Trump. The pardon was justified.
Doh when you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.
Here is the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division
Prosecuting Attorney Leo Wise’s response to Biden’s claim that the Justice Department is politicalized and the prosecution of poor Hunter was a “miscarriage of justice”.
“In total, eleven different [federal] judges appointed by six different presidents, including his father, considered and rejected the defendant’s claims, including his claims for selective and vindictive prosecution,”… “The government does not challenge that the defendant has been the recipient of an act of mercy. But that does not mean the grand jury’s decision to charge him, based on a finding of probable cause, should be wiped away as if it never occurred,” Wise wrote. “It also does not mean that his charges should be wiped away because the defendant falsely claimed that the charges were the result of some improper motive.”
“The court similarly found his vindictive prosecution claims unmoored from any evidence or even a coherent theory as to vindictiveness,” … “And there was none and never has been any evidence of vindictive or selective prosecution in this case. The defendant made similar baseless accusations in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Those claims were also rejected.”
Here is another observation Doh. Hunter was prosecuted by the US Department of Justice which reports to the POTUS, none other than one Joey Biden. So Biden is saying the US Department of Justice, which report to him is corrupt? So Biden is either complicit, incompetent or both.

Not really, because the said he wouldn’t, and then went back 10 years. However, a lot of presidential pardons are troublesome. Trump pardoned Ivanka’s father in law and then made him ambassador to France. None of these pass the smell test.
The pardon goes back 11 years actually which is an odd number and makes me wonder what Hunter did on or about 11 years ago.
Ivank’s father did not receive a get out of jail free card like Hunter did. Kushner actually served his time in Federal Prison whereas Hunter never will never see a day in prison.
Hunter’s pardon covers the gun crimes and tax evasion conviction. The really interesting part is it also criminally immunized Hunter for any other crimes he “may have committed or taken part in” starting from Jan. 1, 2014, through Sunday.
In a nutshell, ANY Federal Crime Hunter has ever committed or taken part in for the last 11 years he can NEVER be held Federally accountable for. No crime, no matter how heinous or morally corrupt the crime maybe, Hunter is criminally invisible to Federal law enforcement.
Just a friendly reminder that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats put the USA through the trauma of a Presidential impeachment because Donald Trump wanted to investigate crimes for which Joe Biden just pardoned his son.
Hanne Jeppesen,
.
We’ve been told for years that President Biden wouldn’t pardon his son, Hunter Biden, but from election night of 2016 we knew that Charles Kushner would be pardoned by President Trump during his first term, it was widely known, discussed, and spearheaded by Jared Kushner.
.
Former President and President-Elect Donald Trump didn’t make Charles Kushner the US Ambassador to France, he’s only nominated him for the position. He still has to be approved by the US Senate.

A reminder that one of Trumps pardons was for his hooker buying father-in-law who he subsequently made Ambassador to France. But you guys don’t seem to handle hypocrisy well so I probably won’t mention it. 😝
Did Kushner do his entire bit in Federal Prison and then he was Pardon? Hunter will never see a day in prison.
Did Kushner get a pardon that prevented Federal Law Enforcement from prosecuting him for any crimes he committed or may have taken part in for the previous 11 years because Hunter did.
Did the Trump’s Justice Department prosecute Kushner because Joey’s Justice Department prosecuted Hunter and then Joey he called his own Justice Department corrupt.
Did Trump say he would never pardon Kushner because Joey and his Spokesmodel told the country on several occasions he wasn’t going to pardon Hunter.
Atticus Thraxx,
.
Former President Donald Trump never pardoned his father-in-law. I’ve never heard of his father-in-law, Viktor Knavs, buying prostitutes. He also never “made” his father-in-law, Viktor Knavs, the US Ambassador to France. The same is true for his former fathers-in-law Stanley Edward Maples and Milo’s Zelnicek.
Kushner was convicted of funneling illegal campaign contributions to the Democratic party so I guess in a way you were right, Kushner was paying for a prostitute Party.

They’re all rich now, they stole money from me and you. DIRECTLY. They’re still doing it and will until they physically cannot any longer. This has been the biggest domestic crime against the USA in it’s history.
Guaranteed that before he leaves office, he’ll pardon all members of the Biden family for anything they may have done wrong since the beginning of the scheme.
Merry Christmas Hunter, Love Daddy
Hunter and Daddy Corn Pop !!!TREASON!!! Tree and a rope!, get what you deserve!!

Former President Donald Trump never pardoned his father-in-law. I’ve never heard of his father-in-law, Viktor Knavs, buying prostitutes. He also never “made” his father-in-law, Viktor Knavs, the US Ambassador to France. The same is true for his former fathers-in-law Stanley Edward Maples and Milo’s Zelnicek.
Kushner was convicted of funneling illegal campaign contributions to the Democratic party so I guess in a way you were right, Kushner was paying for a prostitute Party.
Nice effort to reach an equivalency. We see your TDS is alive and well. Enjoy.
DISAGREE….STRONGLY!
