Good job LE! …as I said in the other message – Becton needs to prosecute to the full extent … or wind up like Price & Gaston

Don’t hold your breath. She backed No on Prop 36.

Next comes the charge dropping and plea bargaining to save on the cost of a trial.
DON’T set an example of what happens to convicted felons in CoCo county when caught with firearms, drugs and large amount of cash.
.
In this county what does a criminal have to fear ? ? ? ?
.
If there is no threat of substantial incarceration,
there is no deterrence to criminal behavior

Why aren’t they applying the three strikes law?

Thankfully the average criminal is dumb as a rock. They do most of the work for LE. Heck I didn’t even know they still made codeine cough syrup. Had it once like 40 years ago and still remember how well I slept. 💤

I’m in agreement with you there, Atticus. I once knew a Superior Court judge who said that all the criminals that appeared in his courtroom were the dumb ones. He cited the example of a robber who was running from his crime and dropped his wallet (yes, with his ID) and the police found it. They arrested him at his house a little while later. The smart criminals never get caught, he said.

Historically state prisons were the place California’s educational failures ended up. Several common qualities they have in common not critical thinkers, lack of impulse control, immaturity, self centered and gross lack of empathy for their fellow man.
.
Edmund ‘Pat’ Brown realized way to reduce prison population was best possible education from K – college. Then California had to suffer thru three terms of his idiot kid moonbeam.
.
Then jimmy THE WIMP carter screwed America by creating department of education.

Just another one of Gavin Newscums high achievers released from prison. The items this guy was caught with should be enough to lock his ass up for years! But no, he’s cruising the streets like the ice cream man loaded with goods to sell. No bail jail!
Great job as always LE!

Take a note WCPD. Start enforcing traffic laws and get some losers off the streets.

What, a convicted felon with guns? That’s illegal! Why don’t the gun laws work?

…so they told us marijuana is safe to be around and it won’t lead people in the wrong direction. They lied to us!! I had a friend that had a great job then he was smoking marijuana and started screwing up at work and lost his job. He eventually started doing other hard core drugs and then 2 weeks ago he passed away.
