Attempt to locate person in MARTINEZ.
This is a message from Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff. Law enforcement officers are currently searching for a MISSING PERSON believed to be in the area of MARTINEZ. LILA-BELL OXFORD is a 13 year old, 5 foot 1 inch, 120-pound caucasian female. Lila was last seen at 10:30am near 1021 Veale Avenue in Martinez, walking her French bulldog. Lila has blonde hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing pink pants with grey and white stars, and a green shirt with a heart and wings on the front. Lila is believed to be at risk due to AUTISM.
