Disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of leading the brutal gang rape of a Bay Area woman in an Orinda apartment, according to a lawsuit.

The extensive and graphic lawsuit alleges that Combs and his entourage, including two unnamed men and a friend of Combs’ named Shane Pearce, raped the woman at Pearce’s home in Orinda, according to SFgate.com.

If the Sheriff’s office had – as they just stated – investigated the issue and found it untrue, then there should be a record of the names of those investigating officers and relevant facts.

If there is any connection at all within the Sheriff’s office, then we’re looking at a far bigger scandal.

Orinda has apartments? Who knew?

Orinda also has slums!
.
The “apartment” where this incident occurred is a mother-in-law unit that was being rented to one of perpetrators.

What’s a Diddy Combs? Until recently,
I never heard of him, nor do I ever want
to hear of him again.
The only Diddy I know is:
Do Wah Diddy Diddy Dum Diddy Do

I believe the statue of limitations is long run out on any rape sexual allegations finger pointing for California.

something smells fishy in Orinda. Wondering what she hopes to gain from this?$$$$$$

If there is a statue of limitations, it must be carved in stone.

California Penal Code 799(b)(1) – there is no statute of limitations for the crime of Rape, Abduction, Carnal Abuse of Children,  Bigamy, Incest, or the Crime Against Nature.

Prosecution may be commenced at any time.

These weren’t children in these particular Orinda accusations.

I don’t believe there are any accusations of bigamy, incest, or crimes against nature either; however, there is an accusation of rape and California Penal Code 799(b)(1) clearly states there is no statute of limitation for the prosecution of ALL the crimes enumerated in that statue, rape being one of them.

If you can provide a statute that override 799 PC please bring it to me attention because I am not aware of it but I am always open to learning new about the California jurisprudence.

WORKS925,
.
Nobody made the claim that children were involved in this alleged incident.
.
A different event involving a child, which was reported at the time, was that Sean John “Diðdy” Combs, I believe still using the stage name “Puff Daddy” at the time, provided one of his sons a prostitute for his 13th birthday.

WORK925,
.
This is a civil case, not a criminal case.

Civil cases have a 10 year statute of limitations as well.

WORK925,

The incident was reported to have occurred on March 23, 2018.

Let us say, for the sake of an academic argument, we agree to ignore §799 of the California Penal Code which clearly states there is no limitations on prosecution for the crimes enumerated in the statue, and you are 100% correct. The State only has 10 years from the time of occurrence to prosecution the crime rape in the State of California and the state limited lawsuits to 10 years, which I agree it does pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure § 340.16(a).

By my calculations that still leaves ≈ 3 1/2 years for the DA or Cal DOJ to commence criminal prosecution and for the plaintiff to file a civil lawsuit does it not?!?

It’ll go nowhere..cept under the rug..

I know who this is now! He used to be called Puff Daddy I think and he was going out
with that big butt girl who got a tv show from being famous for a lack luster porn.
Hah! Knew I’d remember.
Guilty.
