We have a great update regarding the birds who were stolen from Feathered Follies on Washington Blvd. in Concord a few weeks ago.
The following update is from Feathered Follies in Concord:
The war is not over, but a battle has been won. Plato the African Red belly is still missing. BUT Tofu the Umbrella Cockatoo is finally home!
Thanks to the INCREDIBLE work and dedication of the Concord PD, awareness of the Union City PD, and the compassion of the individuals who made sure Tofu came back to us, our boy is now home with his loving family at Feathered Follies.
He is very tired, but in far better condition than we could have hoped for after all he has been through. He had been on a wild adventure, and soon we hope to share his experience in more detail. For now, we wish to celebrate our reunion.
It is a bittersweet victory, as this tragedy will not end until Plato is returned home too, but there is direction, hope, and an incredible police force working to make things right.
Congratulations Tofu!
Welcome home buddy!!

They need to throw the birdbrains in the cage & lock’em up for a good while! …..not the birds of course… listening Becton?
That’s Great! But I wanna hear how they found him.
The breaking and entering of a premises in itself punishable for 5 years, let alone the thefts.
Great news!!! Hoping Plato gets back home too soon!
