A vehicle collision this morning knocked the power out on Clayton Rd. at Treat Blvd/Denkinger in Concord.
Remember, if the lights are out, you must treat the intersection as a four-way stop.

At a major intersection like that at that time, why not have LE doing traffic control till repaired?
Why get an LE involved, people are too stupid to even know what to do with an LE standing in the intersection.
