Have you been to the new Dollar Tree on Clayton Rd. in Concord?

If so – what are your thoughts?

The building got a nice shiny new sign the other day. Looks good, but we still wish it was Thrifty!

I’ve never set foot in any Dollar Store, or in any of the similar stores.

What does it take to be banned from the Dollar Store?

Must be that my charm and good looks are too much for them! 😉

Every weekend. It is spacious. Many selections. But they need to stock the frozen food and drink section at the back of the store.

Everything in a dollar store should cost $1. Or else just call it Walmart.

It may say “Dollar Tree” on the sign now, but it’ll always be Thrifty’s Drug Store to me. Home of the 5 cent scoops of ice cream in the 1970s!

This is the worse Dollar Tree I’ve been to. You would think they would have cleaned it up a bit more after closing the 99Cent store. I was recently in there and there was stuff thrown all over the place. It’s very unorganized.

Was there today. Nice wide aisles. Some of the inventory is still spread about the store instead of in “departments.” Not all items that cost more than $1.25 are marked yet. Most freezers now have prices.
