Nanking Bistro, located at 150 Hartz Ave. in Danville, was temporarily closed earlier this month due to several violations.
The inspector from the Contra Costa County Environmental Health Department said they found the following:
- Approximately 50 droppings underneath prep cooler
- 2 dead rodents on glue trap near stove
- 1 dead rodent on side of stove
The restaurant has since been reinspected and reopened.
