Second arrest needs to be taken VERY seriously by the DA ! !
ZERO tolerance for elder abuse, NO exceptions ! !
.
THANK YOU CLAYTON PD for all you do
@Original G
100%.
I’m just curious how all these “transients’ are getting into Clayton? The bus from Concord Bart? Is it another one of those ‘free’ routes, like on one that goes from Concord to WC?
When you see a homeless camp,what do you see there more than anything?Stolen bicycles,these people do not have a transportation problem even though they dont have vehicles or CDL.Amost ALL nighttime theft is homeless dopers.They dont sleep much.
That 24-year-old male appears to abuse, get arrested, get out, and do it all over again, multiple times. This is so sickening.
Unfortunately for ‘the system’ to take effective action,
it usually takes significant mayhem or death.

An DA’s office . . . . . .
I have never seen one of these reports where something didnt happen on Indian Wells Way.
2 of 3 are millennials if this tells you anything.
