A switchblade? Honestly I don’t know anybody that doesn’t own a switchblade, but to let a cop see it when he pulls you over you got as much brains as a snail.

Not everyone is a national merit scholarship winner. IQ 100 is the median, meaning that 50% of all people are at or below that number and the other 50% are at or above that number. There are plenty of low hanging fruits in the lower half, waiting to be plucked by law enforcement.

WC RESIDENT,
.
The average IQ of a peace officer is only 104, which is likely why we have to payout several hundred million dollars each and every year in civil rights violations lawsuits. Peace officers across the country have a pattern of not knowing the law or not caring to know the law and not knowing our rights or not caring to know our rights. Some law enforcement agencies refuse to hire individuals as officers if they have a higher IQ. Peace officers with higher levels of education are 40% less likely to use force, 30% less likely to fire a weapon in the course of their duties, and 40% less likely to be fired for misconduct.

Where can I look up the info regarding IQs etc.

Will we ever see the Concord reports again?
