A multiple-vehicle injury collision is blocking traffic on southbound I-680 in Pleasant Hill, near Chilpangcingo Pkwy.

You do realize this chain reaction collision occurred on S/B I-680 and not on Contra Costa Blvd.
We were in the accident. The vehicle who hit us from behind I think got seriously hurt. The passenger bag imploded and the windshield was shattered. Is there a way to find out the condition of the person. I feel so bad. Thank you Betty
