A Concord man was arrested after nearly 100 pounds of methamphetamine were found in his vehicle during a traffic stop, the California Highway Patrol said Wednesday.
Magdaleno Quezada Garcia, 47, was arrested following the traffic stop on Interstate 680 near Marina Vista Road in Martinez, according to the CHP.
An officer suspected criminal activity associated with the white GMC van that Quezada Garcia was driving and had his canine partner sniff the vehicle, leading to the discovery of numerous bags of suspected methamphetamine.
Quezada Garcia was arrested and booked into county jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine for sale and transportation of methamphetamine for sale, CHP officials said.
It’s all they know…..second grade education and a pea brain makes you drive around with it in your vehicle., probably with no registration and disobeying all he road rules, never thinking they will get stopped.
Good job LE! …and the doggy! Now Becton do yours and prosecute to the full extent of the law!
You know Diana Becton is a George Soros implant.
Is he a citizen? And that’s a hell of alot of Go Go.
That would be my ‘suspicion’ too. Love those k-9 sniffers 😚🐶
Great job law enforcement!! Keep up the good work.
Bet some tweekers are really gonna be a tweekin without da fix!
Nah. 100 lbs is a drop in the bucket. Meth distribution is an astoundingly efficient market.
I’ll bet even I could have smelled out that much meth.
Good dog!
It’s just for personal use.
Not mine.
Holding it for a friend.
Never saw it before.
When I drive around with 100 pounds of meth, the car better be clean (not stolen, current registration) and obey all traffic laws. This guy must work for the Harbor Freight of drug smugglers.
But they’re not my pants officer.
Welcome to soft on crime Californistan.
Keep electing democrats if you want things to get worse.
