ARRESTS:

  • 1500 Kirker Pass Rd. DUI: Alcohol/.08%. A 26-year-old Antioch male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (08/31/24 – 2338 hrs.)
  • Marsh Creek Rd./Regency Dr. DUI: Alcohol. A 22-year-old Martinez male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (09/02/24 – 0835 hrs.)
  • 1500 Kirker Pass Rd. Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia. A 52- year-old Richmond male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was released on his signed promise to appear. (09/04/24 – 0801 hrs.)
  • 5400 Clayton Rd. Trespass: Injure Property. A 29-year-old transient male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was released on his signed promise to appear. (09/05/0015 hrs.
  • 1500 Kirker Pass Rd. Possess Controlled Substance for Sale; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Probation Violation. A 42-year-old transient was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. Possess Controlled Substance;
  • False ID to Peace Officer. His 37-year-old transient passenger was also arrested. They were transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (09/05/24 – 2006 hrs.)

BURGLARIES/THEFTS:

  • Oak St. Burglary: Commercial. (09/02/24 – 0835 hrs.)

What’s going on, Clayton! Bunch of homeless drifters headed out there?

No we don’t allow homeless in Clayton. They get as far as Safeway and that’s it, they know they aren’t welcome here and we have the cops as backup for our anti-homeless interactions with them.

Don’t judge u don’t know what people are going thru… or if their parents used alcohol or drugs during pregnacy majority of people are just a paycheck away to be in the streets.
