Homelessness in the US is a sign of the failure of the country. Laissez-faire capitalism has failed and neo-Maxism is no solution either. It may take the rest of the century to sort it all out… if we survive.

Or maybe some people just have no place in society.

Believe it when I see it…..

Homeless advocate makes far more sense than that mayor does !
Will their homeless eviction use police patrol officers ?
Think they only have about 45 officers to patrol city of 117,500 citizens 24/7.

Hopefully! Bums already blend into Concord’s squalid hellscape.

Why don’t the homeless clean up after themselves?
Why do they leave mountains of junk everywhere they go?
Are they just too busy to clean it up?
Why do they think we’re all sick and tired of them?
I’ll tell you why…. it’s because they’re a bunch of lazy drugged & drunken bums!
Give ’em all a one way bus ticket to Wasco.

and… because what they can’t (pretty easily) steal…. the people who control our purse-strings will just GIVE it to them. Those tents and some of the stuff you see around their camps…NOT cheap~~~ but, again, replacements are pretty easy to come by.

Antioch PD has no idea or clue how to crack down on anything.

Didn’t they fire all of them?
