Despite what the sign says, the new Dollar Tree on Clayton road at Bailey road in Concord is not open. An employee said they put the “now open” sign up on Wednesday, but they’re still waiting for the fire Marshal to come inspect the building. That could happen as early as today.
UPDATE: They opened at 1:30 today.

99 cent store
Opened at 1pm today (Thursday 8/29), actually. Stopped in and bought a few things this afternoon.
How was it?
The other Dollar Stores are having bare shelves lately… I’m not finding half the things I usually need and used to get. I’m wondering if this one is going to be stocked well?
OPEN – A disappointment. So many seniors walked to the old 99 Cent store and bought their fruit, veggies, dairy stuff like milk.
