Why are they all coming to Pleasant hill, and this shopping center to do their dirty work? For those out of towners, do they know that our district attorney will not prosecute them? Is that their motivation that they could steal and get away with it?

I’m sorry, but I’ve got to ask, as inquiring minds would like to know: what percentage of these people are in the country legally?

Funny how criminals can always afford tattoos… I guess you can’t steal those

i think they believe that it being right next to the freeway that they can make a quick getaway, but it takes a good 5 minutes to get out of the parking lot, thru the light onto Monument and another couple of minutes at the light to get on the freeway, and by then the cops are on you,if you even made it out of the parking lot.Traffic there is always awful.

‘Hardcore Crackdown at Dicks’ I thought this was going to be something else completely.

What happens to an illegal charged in a theft? Do they spend jail/prison time or just deported to return again and continue their criminal activity?
If they were charged south of the border, I believe the sentence would be severe. Were losing the war.
