Without a doubt. From what I understand, Miss Cheatle was appointed director of the Secret Service because Jill Biden’s top advisor Anthony Bernal pushed for her. According to the NYT, Anthony Bernal is big on DEI and has absolutely no experience in national security or in law enforcement, and shouldn’t of had any influence over the selection of the Secret Service director. Miss Cheatle will be testifying before Congress tomorrow, and she will also appear before the House Oversight Committee next Monday. It will be interesting to hear what she has to say.
The liberal concept of DEI is detrimental to any law enforcement agency. By placing under qualified individuals in a position of authority, bad things will happen, and because of Miss Cheatle’s incompetence, an innocent man was killed, two others were seriously injured, and a presidential candidate was almost assassinated.
You have one job to do – protect the president – was that done? no…. was the roof top alerted to be a potential hazard? yes …. could Secret Service have “neutralized” the threat prior to him taking a shot due to LE seeing him with firearm? yes ……good thing Crooks was a bad shot … feel badly for the others that were hit and the one fatality … totally unnecessary 🙁
She should have resigned the following morning.
The curse of a bad DEI hire is you can’t fire them and they will never quit.

That person should be fired, or at least demoted to a position with very very little responsibility.
However, since the position is filled by a democrat check the box inclusion incompetent, she will probably get an award, instead.

And to take it further: Replace every head of any political department; government agency; corporate governing board; public school district~~ and so on, who was given their power-position job based on nepotism or their sex, color, race, or ancestry, due to the mentally ill delusions inherent in the DEI movement du jour …. rather than on their qualifications based on job knowledge and merit ———— give them the hard boot~~ASAP !
