• Clayton Rd./Duncan Dr. Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Theft or Misappropriation of Lost Property. A 25-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was released on his signed promise to appear. (07/10/24 – 0943 hrs.)
