Is this the RickJudd apartment complex that is under construction that is burning?

Seems like a lot of buildings “under construction” have burned in that area. Hmmmm, “lightening”? Serial arsonist?

It’s Concord overbuilding does anyone really care.
Concord has imploded and can’t say I even care.

Here we go again. Is this another example of Inadequate fencing and security at Concord housing construction sites allowing vandals access to start fires? Does the city and the fire department ever inspect these sites?

I heard a commercial builder say that he has started to sheetrock the stairwells first because otherwise they act like chimneys that help to propagate the fire.

Oh,they must be burning down the new low income housing so they can build it a second time, thats job security, and people dont want that building there btw.
