Vegetation Fire Extinguished In Lime Ridge Open Space

A 10 acre vegetation fire was extinguished this morning in Lime Ridge Open Space, off Via Montanas near San Miguel Rd. in Concord. The blaze started at about 2:45 a.m. The cause is under investigation, but we’re hearing fireworks is the most likely cause. Thanks so much to Stuart for the photos.

Opened windows to cool house off and had to close them and now know where smoke was coming from.
