Umm…yeah.

If Joe were to drop out, I have a strong feeling that Gavin Newsom would join in, and there’s a good chance he will win. Californians are aware of the mess Newsom has created in San Francisco, and California, but the rest of the country aren’t as familiar with his policies, he is good-looking, and voters may find him charming and fascinating. Gavin is an evil narcissist, but the rest of the country that don’t know him will mistake his narcissism for charisma and vote for him.

Don’t forget how poorly Newsom did a few months back in a debate with the Florida governor. His wife had to stop the debate he was doing so poorly.

All we have to do is put up the log “Make America California” with a picture of homeless camps. That’s about all it needs. But I do think the rest of the country is learning that being like California is a bad idea and Newsom as POTUS would be a horrible idea. He’s already a flake.

I resent that the ‘suburban-housewives’ & ‘soccer-moms’ will vote for Newsom because they like his looks. That could carry him to victory no matter how bad his policies have been. ‘Just saying.

They need to learn about his marital history. 😁

15
3

@Captain Bebops – Compared that history to with one that has porn stars and grabbing pussy in general, including their own daughter.

6
17

The rest of the country is a lot smarter than California voters…

59
7

… I would like to think so – but that’s a risky assumption imho

26

I fear the greasy-hair governor of CA is slick-talking enough to fool enough people in November.

Knew as soon as Gavin became Lt. Governor, the politburo would push him for President someday.

10
3

No way. He has no name recognition. The average voter has no idea who Newsom is outside of California. He’s just another obscure politician to the rest of the country. Think of how many governors the average person can name. I’d bet for most people it’s between 0 and 3.

Jim

Yes/No

He has gone on several trips to multiple states (while as our governor and on our dime) to promote Joe. He also had the mock debate against DeSantos. Plus his abortion position that he is making all of California pay for.

Normally I would agree that a state governor has no real name recognition outside of their state, but Newscum may be different. I hope and pray the rest of the country is able to see the SCUM in Newscum ….

He needs to drop out. He’s too feeble. Last thing the country needs is for him to pass sway while in office and Kamala takes over. He was so embarrassing at the debate.

42
8

Senile feckless and inept Joe Biden is still better than Kimala ‘Giggles’ Hairus.

26
6

Unequivocally 1000% this dude is a corpse and has ZERO business being in office only to be a Marionette to the Puppet Masters

37
6

No…Run Joe run.
Don’t want them to throw newSCUM or Big Mike in to steal the election.

Yes, Biden should follow Johnson’s example. Johnson decided in 1968 to not run again or accept a nomination for his party. The Vietnam war was at it’s height, American soldiers being killed weekly, even daily. Protests all over the country. Lady Bird from what I read persuaded her husband to step down. She told him history would be much kinder to him if he did. The same would happen here. Biden should asap address the nation. He could say “After discussion with my family and democratic leaders, I feel it would be best for the country, and the Democratic party, if I step aside and let someone else run against Trump. After 4 years as your president I believe I have given my all, but based on my age I’m afraid I couldn’t do that the next 4 years, thus I withdraw as the democratic candidate for president”. He would earn respect from not only his supporters, but also some of his detractors. If he insist on hanging on, he will most likely suffer an embarrasing defeat, and history will judge him harshly.

20

No, … Biden should stay in, and people are starting to notice the decline.
It would under-mind a fair election to put someone else in.
Dems want it to favor a win for their causes.
Trump may be a bit gruff, but a businessman will get us back on track.

36
14

Things *were* better under Trump! The economy, our safety and the stability of the world were all better off with Trump.

44
18

If the replacement would be Newscum – then no …. he would make the entire country look like what he’s done to our once great state

25
1

No, Joe wants to die in office & retain the power to pardon family & friends until then.
He won’t drop out willingly and why should we want him to?
Let him run & lose!
Dem’s should concede now, save their money & start scheming for 2028

18
10

What happened to all of the comments? There were a bunch when I checked here while at work.

9
1

No. By nominating Trump, the GOP guarantee Biden the second term; and Kamala is a heart beat away from being the first black woman to be the president.

9
46

YES !!

1
2

Most definitely, but please NO Gavin squeezing in,.

18
3

He should drop out… for sure

14
10

Joe should go and be replaced by HildaBeast Clinton so DJT can beat her twice.

22
11

No, he should run and take all his lying party down with him in his defeat when Donald Trump becomes the president.

26
11

Why are people pretending that his cognitive decline is something new?

It’s like they need the nod from the news to admit it. If his handlers are allowing him to be exposed this way, it’s because they have something else in the works.

26
4

No matter what your political affiliation, after last night’s debate, it should be obvious to all: yes, Joe Biden should drop out.

24
6

He should! But who do you replace him with?

7
4

Shhhhh. 🤫 No he shouldn’t drop out 😉 lol

8
4

Going viral: “Trump, the Democrat you want for President.” 😄

1
7

I vote Biden 4 Rest Home!

12
4

Sure, let His Imperial Majesty Emperor newsom and BIG Mike go for it.

6
5

my opinion only. No he will not (cannot) prior to the nomination, after he will resign and slip another into his spot (Gavin). This will disrupt things but once you seem desperate then anything goes. This will damage Trumps lead but likely not enough to lose. What it will do is set up the next election for S#!t head (Gavin) and they will simply eat the next 4 years with slander and malcontent with the attempt to poison the water so you will not vote for republicans next time. Long game, all done by design. Stand tough America, don’t get played.

15
13

ANGRY AMERICAN,
.
Electors are prohibited from voting for both a president and vice president if they’re from the same state.

13
2

yes you are right but with the gloves being off here I could only imagine that the rules could be bent “something like current residency?” once again only my opinion. I could not imagine them letting an opportunity slip by, ba$tards play too good of a game. They could also entertain an Newsom/RFK option. now I am sick

2
12

ANGRY AMERICAN,
.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is currently having his own residency issues related to his campaign. He lives is Los Angeles County, with his wife Cheryl Hines, bu he’s claiming a rented house in the State of New York as his official residence, because his self-selected vice presidential running mate, Nicole Shanahan, is also a resident of California.

Of course he should drop out of the race. I’m flabbergasted he made it this far into his Presidency considering the mental and physical decline we have witnessed. Why his wife, family and friends continue to allow him to humiliate himself is beyond me. Pretty sad. I’m not comfortable with him or VP Harris being in charge of anything. In a perfect world they would both step down and let the Speaker finish out the term. As far as who should replace him if he does drop out? I don’t have any specific names to throw out but it should be someone who is healthy, of sound mind and body, not beholden to any group or foreign country and not part of the swamp. But as was once said by former President Reagan “The best minds are not in government.
If any were, business would steal them away.”

13
5

Probably best for all of us if the new candidate didn’t hate America. Add that criteria to “of sound mind” and that makes for a rather short list of contenders.
However they still have the Kamala problem to deal with, and she likely won’t go away easily.

12
5

Will he even have a choice?

If I didn’t watch a setup last night, I don’t know what is

8
2

Harris/Newsom ‘24
Where your wallet and bank account need to be as open as the border

12
4

They need to get rid of both of them and get some good blood as President. Not people with so many problems. Both sides!!!!!

8
5

Obviously.

2
3

Yes please, both in fact.!!!

6
2

The replacement would be Kamela. Love to see her debate Trump. She does not have that kind of oral skill.

13
9

Run Joe Run, or just stumble.

3
2

Doesn’t matter. Trump gonna win.

12
11

Should he be “running” this country right now? Duh no

11
11

If Biden drops out, then we will hear the 3 most frightening words in America: President Kamala Harris.

11
3

Those are scary … but is President Gavin Newscum worse?

TBH, not sure which is worse … neither is qualified …

5
2

No! Joe needs to stay in! He was just getting over a cold, why his voice sounded so raspy yesterday. Changing a Democratic Presidential Candidate at this point, would surely lead to a Republican victory for Trump. Continuing to support Biden, gives our nation continued support for our Democracy. A President always choose the best advisors and intellectuals to help him. Biden is a career Politician, and more than capable to know when he needs help with any issue or problem.

4
26

Yep, Joe chooses the best.
Sam Brinton, Tyler Cherry, Rachel Levine, KJP, Becerra, Mayorkas, Granholm, and Mayor Pete.
The Whack Pack.

23
4

Sure……As long as all the advisors he hires are LGBTQ

7
5

Guido, The US is not a direct democracy. The United States was founded on the principles of a republic, a system of checks and balances, a constitution, and elected officials that represent the people. The US is a constitutional federal republic, and no president, be it a Democrat or Republican, has the power to change our system of government.

10

You say career politician like it is a good thing ….

5
1

GUIDO, Biden spoke at a rally Fri and there was no raspy voice, no signs of a cold. I think he had questions in advance, memorized everything and was raspy from repeating all that for the week he prepared for it. Talked too fast, mumbled like a parrot, mixing up some details. He had a week to prepare- memorize the answers. His wife telling him he answered all the questions, she was right, it was how he answered them that was the problem. He does what his handlers, and a few others like Obama, and his wife tells him. His advisors-the best? Not for this country! They are a wacko bunch,

Guido – we don’t need career politicians; we don’t need career unelected bureaucrats, nor do we need an increasing number of legislative aides.

Politicians have forgotten that they are supposed represent the PEOPLE ….but as Biden has stated “I don’t work for you.”

He’s right….he’s demonstrated time and time again that he doesn’t and hasn’t worked for the people – EVER.

Politics was never intended to be a career – just like fast food jobs.

GUIDO,
.
Since you’re excusing President Biden’s behavior and performance at the first 2024 presidential “debate” due to his suffering from a cold, do you also excuse President Trump’s behavior and performance at the first 2020 presidential “debate” due to his suffering from the Coronavirus/COVID-19?

I thought no but then I heard him talk about electric planes yesterday and then how the sunlight would affect them and thought he really is a moron.

7
8

Then again could be DEMs running things,
are more terrified of a president giggles than befuddled joe.

6
2

Who here can say that they literally had no idea that this was the plan all along? If so, you really need to step up your foil hat game. My circle has been calling this for over a year. It was sealed when they broadcast the DeSantis vs. Newsom debate. That was only to test the waters. He was promised the presidency long ago, so lets see how things pan out this year.

8
3

Comparing the debate performances of Biden and Newsom, when forced to defend their abysmal track records:
Biden freezes, stares blankly, and struggles for the next word.
Newsom smiles that “I’d hack you to death with a kitchen knife if we weren’t on live television” expression, which seems unusually sincere.
Both are better suited for other vocations.

7
1

Yes, I thought for sure he would have never finished his first term, but the media covered for him as well as his handlers by keeping him away from anything but scripted Democratic functions.
