ACCIDENTS:

  • Clayton Rd./Oakhurst Dr.  No Injuries.  (06/14/24 – 1509 hrs.)

ARRESTS:

  • Atchinson Stage Rd.   DUI: Alcohol.  A 40-year-old Clayton female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (06/14/24 – 0035 hrs.)
  • Golden Eagle Way.  Battery: Spouse.  A 65-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police department for booking.  (06/17/24 – 2222 hrs.)
  • 5400 Clayton Rd.  Trespass.  A 52-year-old Walnut Creek male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.  (06/20/24 – 0043 hrs.)
  • 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Trespass; Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Appropriate Lost Property; Probation Violation.  A 38-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (06/20/24 – 1930 hrs.) – (Kelly, Jason; 12/12/85; 602(k) PC; 11377(a) H&S; 11364(a) H&S; 485 PC; 1203.2(a) PC) (HIS 32nd ARREST SINCE 2017)

BURGLARIES/THEFTS:

  • 6400 Clayton Rd.  Grand Theft.  (06/14/24 – 1900 hrs.)

VANDALISMS:

Yup…33rd arrest. Until the lackluster DA’s are voted out, this is what we will have. You all voted for this. Now you all can live with it. As for my wife & I, we see much greener pastures in many other states for retirement. Retirement comes shortly, along with a move out of CA and away from the land of fruits, nuts, lackluster politicians and leaders, and high taxes.

Maybe the Police need a voluntary check in jail, like they do for nutso people who “self commit”. It sounds to me like this guy just likes jail, 3 hots & a cot.

I wonder if it is a mental issue or an anti-social issue (just won’t obey the laws). If it’s anti-social then jail time is due. Do we have a place to put the person with mental issues?
