Look at those prices at the old Smorgy Boys restaurant in Concord’s Park-N-Shop shopping center on Willow Pass Rd.
The buffet was a hit for many families, for many years.
Do you remember Smorgy Boys? (didn’t people also call it Smorgy Bobs?)

Yes, I remember Smorgy Boys, it was such a treat for the family to dine there on Sundays. Brings back great memories. As a kid, I loved the soft ice cream and the dessert. Thanks for sharing!
I onfe dropped a drumsatick into the mashjed potatos whilst trying to put it into my plate. Does anybody remember Pipers in Walnut Creek?
I remember Smorgy Boys! I’ve continued with a life long love of buffets 😛
In Salinas in the 60s there was a Perry Boys Smorgy. Likely related?
I remember it as Smorgy Bob’s and the place my brother met his future wife when they both worked there years ago.
Loved Smorgy Boys! Family would go there quite often. There was a name change at some point (new ownership?), to Smorga Bob’s.
Alternated between Pipers and Smorgy Boys (Park & Shop) on Sundays after church.
